Professional Experience

Tommaso is a partner of Fabrizio Pellegrini, with whom he has worked on a regular basis since 2013 in the direct management of insolvency proceedings (pre-judgment compositions and the administration of bankruptcies and judicial liquidations), including cases of national significance.

Since 2018, he has been practising independently as a insolvency practitioner, handling litigation relating to liability claims, actions for nullity and avoidance against credit institutions and suppliers of national and international significance, as well as contractual claims and debt recovery on behalf of insolvency proceedings.

Since 2025, he has held appointments by the Court of Milan as an administrator, special administrator or legal assistant in insolvency proceedings.

He also provides out-of-court and in-court assistance to entrepreneurs for crisis restructuring and the drafting of recovery plans, as well as proposals for composition with creditors and, in the context of judicial liquidation, transactions involving the acquisition of business units or strategic assets from insolvency proceedings.
