Professional Experience

Giorgia joined Lawyalty in 2017 as a privacy consultant.
Giorgia has extensive experience in Privacy & Data Protection matters.
During her career she has worked, first, as lawyer in several international Law Firms, and then, as an external privacy consultant for several important national and international companies operating across different sectors such as transport and infrastructure, aviation, pharmaceuticals, insurance and public organizations such as health authorities, councils, etc.
Giorgia has particular experience in the management of so – called “Presidio Privacy projects”, a tailor-made consulting projects aimed at providing companies with the assistance of qualified privacy professionals, involved either internally or externally, able to manage and solve any day-to-day privacy matters.
Giorgia regularly provides companies with training on Privacy & Data Protection and all of the courses are bespoke and based on the specific circumstances and requests of each company, the sector in which the company operates, and the type of data collected and processed by the company.
All these different professional experiences gained by Giorgia, have allowed her to develop a versatile approach towards privacy and data protection matters, which is not only highly specialized from a technical standpoint but also particularly focussed on problem solving.
Currently, Giorgia supports companies in planning and managing specific privacy projects to be compliance with the provisions of the current Italian Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2001) and in the new EU Regulation 2016/679. In addition, Giorgia is regularly involved in several “Presidio Privacy projects”, as well as in proving consultancy services in a wide range of issues concerning Privacy & Data protection.
