Professional Experience

Gad is a founding partner of Lawyalty. For more than twenty years Gad worked with companies and foreign multinational groups with interests in Italy or with Italian groups with interests outside Italy in various sectors (from food to construction, from high tech machinery to satellite tracking to the medical products market). His university education and post graduate experience from the beginning was very international and led Gad to assist clients in commercial transactions of varying nature (sales, distribution, agency, supply and service contracts) nearly always with an international element or with a contentious angle or matter of a transnational regard.

A second important area of experience for Gad was his work on assisting with acquisitions, mergers (including cross border), transfer and lease of business or businesses units, winding up of companies and/or branches, company formation of various types (including innovative start-ups) joint venture, network contracts. Gad has always worked closely with his clients, in particular parent companies or group companies, assisting them in complex business decisions or disputes between members, directors, or other corporate bodies. Gad has often been a speaker at seminars and meetings with companies on issues relating to international trade and corporate law (such as, in 2004, at the Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie de Lyon on “La résponsabilité des dirigeants et des mandaties sociaux dans l ‘Exercise de leurs fonctions en droit français et droit européenne: cas concrets‘; in 2015 at the Chambre de Commerce Internationale Midi-Pyrénées on “Les clauses incontent des tracts internationaux de vente et de distribution en Europe“; in 2015 at the Law School of the State University of Toulouse on “Employment law rules for employment law aspects 2015”, “Employment law rules applicable to the so-called Innovative Start-Ups or Start-Up Incubators”).

Gad has also been called to act as a member of arbitration panels.

Since 2015, Gad has been a member of the Advisory Board of the Consulegis EEIG legal consulting network.
