Professional Experience

Fabrizio has practised continuously for over thirty-five years in the field of corporate crises, as a trusted professional within the Corporate Crisis Section of the Court of Milan, and thus brings to the firm specialist experience gained through the direct management of insolvency proceedings and the provision of legal assistance to insolvency practitioners and in judicial liquidations.

Since 1991, he has been appointed by the Court of Milan as a receiver, judicial liquidator and judicial commissioner in numerous high-profile insolvency and composition-with-creditors proceedings, as well as acting as a judicial custodian of shareholdings.

He also acts as legal counsel in insolvency proceedings, handling litigation relating to liability claims, actions for invalidity or revocation against credit institutions and suppliers of national and international significance, contractual claims and debt recovery on behalf of insolvency proceedings.

He also provides out-of-court and in-court assistance to entrepreneurs for crisis restructuring and the development of recovery plans, as well as in relation to proposals for composition with creditors and, within the context of judicial liquidation, transactions involving the acquisition of business units or strategic assets from insolvency proceedings.
