Professional Experience

Alvise has gained significant experience in consultancy and assistance to companies in employment and trade union matters, first as an official at the Modena and Bologna territorial associations of Confindustria, then as a partner in top-level Italian law firms.

He is particularly experienced in providing advice and assistance in trade union disputes both in ordinary company management activities and in extraordinary situations, such as company restructuring, with activation of social shock absorbers or staff reductions, merger operations or transfer of companies or company branches and renewal of company collective agreements.

In extraordinary operations, he provides advice as to ensure that employment and corporate issues are properly coordinated.

Alvise also provides advice and assistance to companies in disputes with employees and agents, both judicially and extrajudicially, as well as assistance to company directors and senior executives.

Alvise was elected to the Board of Arbitrators of Confindustria Emilia Area Centro in 2022 and enters the governance of Confindustria for the four-year period 2022-2026.
