Expérience professionnelle

In 2014 Rachele has graduated in law from the Alma Mater Studiorum - University of Bologna.

In the post-graduate period, in addition to her legal practice, she carried out the training internship pursuant to Article 73 of Legislative Decree 69/ 2013 at the Specialised Corporate Section of the Court of Bologna, assisting a civil magistrate for 18 months.

In 2017, she qualified as a lawyer and in 2019 began a professional collaboration with the law firm LexJus Sinacta in Bologna.

From 2020 to 2024, Rachele worked with the Società per Azioni tra Avvocati La Scala, as of Senior Associate.

During her professional experience, Rachele has gained specific expertise in labour law and industrial relations, providing legal assistance, mainly to companies, in this field.
