Professional Experience

Giuliana specializes in criminal law, including corporate law, and carries out both in-court and out-of-court activities in favour of individuals accused in criminal proceedings.

Giuliana has also gained significant experience in the field of family criminal law and deals with the judicial and extrajudicial protection of victims of domestic violence, including minors.

In 2019, she attended the “Corso di perfezionamento in Giustizia Penale Minorile: il minore autore di reato” (Advanced Course in Juvenile Criminal Justice: the juvenile offender) and obtained the qualification to defend in criminal proceedings against juvenile offenders.

Giuliana also deals with family law and juvenile law, with particular reference to proceedings of termination/limitation of parental responsibility before the Juvenile Court.
