Professional Experience

Filippo is a founding partner of Lawyalty. He specialises in employment and industrial relations law, in both a judicial and extra judicial environments. Over the course of his career he has developed a breadth of experience in relation to all matters inherent in the creation, management and termination of working relationships on the side of companies whether national or multinational or even with organisational structures in Italy (above 300 employees), operating in numerous industry sectors, such as, print media, IT, fashion, real estate and new media.

In this context, Filippo offers legal advisce on an on-going basis as well as outsourced services for the management of corporate staff, helping clients to define and implement organisational plans and company restructuring. Filippo also manages collective redundancies and related negotiations at trade union and institutional level, offers legal assistance in individual or collective employment disputes, participates in the preparation of incentive programs, welfare plans, stock option plans and in the negotiation and drafting of non – competition and non-disclosure agreements planned in line with the specific client’s needs. Further, he provides assistance in creating and managing clients’ commercial and distribution networks, both  in Italy and abroad.

As part of the services offered by the firm, Filippo provides assistance in management of employment law connected to extraordinary corporate transactions such as acquisitions, mergers and transfers of business and insolvency procedures,

Additionally, Filippo offers assistance to managers co-opted in administrative bodies or called to cover functions in the front line of business activities, either at the contractual stage for recruitment (or the conferral of a mandate), or in the definition of incentive measures, and ultimately in the definition and negotiation of exit pathways.

Since 2008 Filippo has been a member of the prestigious AGI association – Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani (Italian Employment Law Association)
